Replacement Locks Although I have not yet installed the replacement locks, the service at Security Lock was excellent. They explained exactly which locks I needed to replace the worn out ones I have. They did this from pictures I sent them. They also explained how I could change the interior from a keyed lock to a lever for the deadbolt. I almost ordered the wrong kit that would not be an exact fit for our security doors. Their help and knowledge was excellent.

Ordered item on 19 Dec Ordered item on 19 Dec. No update other than “awaiting shipment” as of 20 Dec. I have called numerous times and left messages and no return calls. I have also emailed numerous times also no response. I paid extra for shipment.

We purchased 2 lock assemblies We purchased 2 lock assemblies. One I can't tighten the inside knob as much as I would like and it still roll back on it's own. The other door the key got stuck, pulled the lock assembly back off and noticed there is a plate with 2 screws that were loose tightened them up and fixed the problem. All and all I'm very pleased with our purchase, product arrived in a timely manner and seems to be operating fine.

Two of my four locks were beginning to… Two of my four locks were beginning to show signs of wear after some 30 years of service. Called on Monday to order replacements. Had product by Friday. Exactly like old ones. Same quality material, workmanship and precision. Couldn’t be happier. Customer service was five stars,product quality five stars, shipping five stars. This is one of the few remaining companies that you can have confidence in. I can’t say enough about how pleased I was with this experience. Something you rarely experience in this day and age.

The rehanding instructions The rehanding instructions were very vague and hard to follow. Took several hours of trial and error to complete. Lock itself seems to be quality made.
