Ordered item on 19 Dec Ordered item on 19 Dec. No update other than “awaiting shipment” as of 20 Dec. I have called numerous times and left messages and no return calls. I have also emailed numerous times also no response. I paid extra for shipment.

Two of my four locks were beginning to… Two of my four locks were beginning to show signs of wear after some 30 years of service. Called on Monday to order replacements. Had product by Friday. Exactly like old ones. Same quality material, workmanship and precision. Couldn’t be happier. Customer service was five stars,product quality five stars, shipping five stars. This is one of the few remaining companies that you can have confidence in. I can’t say enough about how pleased I was with this experience. Something you rarely experience in this day and age.

Correct lock, and even arrived early The lock arrived earlier than expected, was exactly what I ordered, and works great. The price is good and they even offer support if needed.

The rehanding instructions The rehanding instructions were very vague and hard to follow. Took several hours of trial and error to complete. Lock itself seems to be quality made.

Very poor service We placed an order for an item that showed available. After 3 weeks and 3 phone calls I finally got an answer that the item was discontinued and we got a refund however we had lost all that time waiting. Extremely poor customer service!
