Second time around it got better First review I made was 1 star and was based on an experience where I did not get the right product, and did not hear from Brickhouse when I contacted them. Then they woke up, and treated me very nice. I was allowed to return my product and was refunded. Also the second time I was allowed to return with refund. Also the respons time was very fine when we communicated, that gives a thumbs up :)

I have dealt with Brickhouse Security… I have dealt with Brickhouse Security for year and just purchased more units. The units have long lasting quality and the phone app is very user friendly. Highly recommend this company and their product. Kellie my sales person is always friendly and gives the best customer service.
