Excellent customer service! We just recently had a tile and flooring job and Ramtown Carpet one was so easy to deal with and customer focused! We enjoyed with working with Nancy, Pam and Tommy . Ramtown = A+ Tom Is the best. He literally came out to survey the condition of my townhouse flooring 3 times and worked with me to come up with a solution. My concrete slab contains a high level of moisture and Tom helped me realize that the only solution was to tile the slab. Any other fix would have created the same problem I was trying to correct in the first place. When my wife and I stopped by Ramtown's showroom, we were really impressed with the service given to us by both Nancy and Tom. I would 100% recommend using Ramtown in the future if you are planning to restore or replace your flooring any time in the near future. Thanks Ramtown, you guys are the best!!!
