Ramtown Carpet From picking out all of the great choices with the staff, to Tommy who is great at measuring and customer service, and finally the 5 installers that came on time , were very polite , very careful and were like machines installing an entire house with moving furniture , ripping up old carpet , installing the new carpet, then putting everything back where it belonged. I was amazed and to say the least very impressed. I totally recommend this place of business.

Very Pleased From the time we met Nancy at the Home show at Brookdale CC we have been happy with the attention we have received. The girls spent time with us to pick out the best floor, type & color for our kitchen renovation. Nancy kept us informed about price and instillation. Tom provided us with a great installer, Tom also, who did a fabulous job putting down our chosen product. Tom was very attentive during the instillation by not only coming to the house during the instillation but also to inspect the job after it was completed. Great experience from selection to installation. A great experience beginning with the knowledgeable sales staff, Nancy and Pam, who accessed our lifestyle and helped us choose a carpet that would withstand the accidents our two dogs have sometimes while staying within our budget. With new furniture we were concerned about the installation but Tommy, the customer service manager, made sure that the installation was flawless, and the installers were great. They were courteous, careful and neat. Looking forward to our next floor project and working with the Ramtown team again.
