FALSE MARKETING FALSE MARKETING: I purchased a Goodman Hard Start Kit on their website. What I received was a generic kit that I could have purchase for less. When I followed up requesting a Goodman Kit as advertised, this was their reply: The best I can do for you is to get the item picked up and you refunded. I cannot guarantee what brand the hard start kit is labeled as. As stated previously, Goodman does not makes its own hard start kits and sources them from multiple vendors. Thanks to E-Comfort customer support… Thanks to E-Comfort customer support Rosanne, Michelle, and Dennis. I received an incorrect part from their supplier. Through their efforts to resolve my problem, I received the correct part. The staff really went to work to get the issue corrected. For this reason, I will indebted to them & continue to order from them. My experience was excellent. The shipment issue was not their fault, but they made sure I got what I paid for. Service at 100% does exist!

Talked with Stephanie in customer service and she promised to get issue resolved and get back to me same day Never happened. Called the next morning and they said she was off. Poorest excuse for a business I ve ever had!!! Stay away from them. They will lie to you and disconnect you if you ask to speak to a manager!!!
