Thanks to E-Comfort customer support… Thanks to E-Comfort customer support Rosanne, Michelle, and Dennis. I received an incorrect part from their supplier. Through their efforts to resolve my problem, I received the correct part. The staff really went to work to get the issue corrected. For this reason, I will indebted to them & continue to order from them. My experience was excellent. The shipment issue was not their fault, but they made sure I got what I paid for. Service at 100% does exist!

FALSE MARKETING FALSE MARKETING: I purchased a Goodman Hard Start Kit on their website. What I received was a generic kit that I could have purchase for less. When I followed up requesting a Goodman Kit as advertised, this was their reply: The best I can do for you is to get the item picked up and you refunded. I cannot guarantee what brand the hard start kit is labeled as. As stated previously, Goodman does not makes its own hard start kits and sources them from multiple vendors. Let the buyer beware Let the buyer beware Purchased a generator from this company and it was defective. Instead of them sending a replacement or a refund they quoted there sales policy and said to call the manufacturer. They will not fight for there customer or help them in any way.

Rosanna exceeded my expectation for Customer Service I recently contacted P.E.D. Customer Service and had the pleasure of dealing with Rosanna who when out of her way to assist me with the shipping logistics of an item I had just purchased. Wow this is a very impressive company Wow this is a very impressive company, first time I order from them and everything went beautiful I can't believe it not a problem and I was a little worried about buying from a company I never heard anything about them I goofed I should have checked the reviews but I didn't. But when you spend $1,100 i should have but I didn't and now I am a solid customer of theirs
