GBIt was a very good experience for this customer. I was able to contact the Frontpoint representative quickly and he was very helpful. We tried to fix the faulty door alarm but could not repair it. He told me that he would send a replacement by FedEx shortly and was very friendly and courteous.

It was actually very important as my fiance and I are trying to make a family, and both of us have experienced break-ins at various points in our lives. It's scary, and I didn't want something like that to happen when we have a kid. So anyway, this site really helped me out. I had a budget that I was interested in spending, and although I ended up spending a little bit more than my initial budget, I was able to find the features I needed because HomeSecuritySystems showed me prices, and compared different services right there on the page. GBThese guys are the best! These guys are the best. I'm a mother of four from RI, and have used the services of this company on several occasions. I have had nothing but courtesy and promptness from them, and I will, and do recommend them to anyone who needs this type of service. The best thing by far though, in my opinion is the customer service. Not only can you speak to a real person, immediately, you can get real answers from them in a much more convincing and satisfying way then you can with most companies theses days. GBVery professional in sales, good equipment, reasonable moitoring rates. These guys are pretty good. Initially I thought self installation might be a challenge. It turned out to be very easy. When I did have questions (regarding sensor mounting), which were very few, the phone support team knew right away how to help, and provided simple solutions immediately. Entire setup took one hour including system initialization over the phone. Since the initial setup (almost 2 months ago), no false alarms, no problems. A couple of days ago, I did have an issue where we could not arm/ disarm the system remotely (mobile app/ website). Frontpoint was already aware of the problem when I called, and had the issue addressed within a couple of hours. Let me know if you want a referral.
