They don't deserve 1 star. They don't deserve 1 star.. this company is useless...I've rang I don't know how many times been charged a lot for the call aswel as only have mobile.. they got me in front of the cameras..as I needed to change mobile number and they still haven't done...and can't log in because of this...they are literally useless..don't help waste ur time..go with another company ..not these waste of space

Appalling customer service My ring door bell battery lasts a few days maximum on full charge , I pay the full ring subscription. When I called to ask for help I was told there’s no complaints department and they don’t except complaints and there’s nothing they can do

This has been a total waste of… This has been a total waste of money.....absolutely useless and unreliable. So disappointed, but this really is a con. We had no idea we needed to buy a subscription for a basic service, I certainly won't buy a Ring ever again.

WIERD COMPANY... Liars WIERD COMPANY.... liars apparently delivery was attempted twice by DPD which is a total lie as 2 electricians working at the delivery address and has now gone to the postoffice for some reason.... after seeing all these reviews I'm going to get my refund. Paid for a door bell to be delivered not to drive 1/2 an hour to collect to from the post office
