Great Company! I'm all about organization and people doing what they tell me they are gonna do. I found this company on Facebook, as they came highly recommended. This is the 3rd company that I booked. The first one just didn't show up, and the 2nd one said the driver had an accident, then reschedule and also didn't show up. So I chatted to Neat and Fresco, and the tech called me 30 minutes before, and told me he was on the way. He was very courteous and explained to me what he was going to do, and took pictures of the air ducts to show me the condition they were in. Once he verified the work with his boss, he came back and cleaned out my air ducts around my home. I did pay a little more then I wanted too, but that was ok as he worked hard to get the vents clean. He then sprayed their anti-mold into the ducts. He also went over the filter, and said the one I had was no good, and told me which one to get that would cause better air flow. He then checked my dryer vent, and said all that looked good. I would recommended them, and use them again anytime. My wife immediately noticed the difference when she came home. She has bad alergies, and said the AC felt fresh.

After giving ALL info on 2 houses After giving ALL info on 2 houses, I was given a price. Upon arrival $100 was added. Contacted Maxwell to let him know I was unhappy but he has not responded regarding the price jump. On the first house, the carpets were stained and there was no effort to check and clean. The 2nd house went fine. I would not recommend though due to the extra $100 and the stains left on a freshly shampooed carpet. The 3 stars is because the actual cleaning appears to be ok.

Honest and professional After doing an inspection the tech informed me I did not really need the service! I decided since they were so honest to go ahead and do the service anyways along with the dryer vent cleaning and deodorizer. I was very happy with the service, they were nice young men who were very professional and polite, it was finally nice to have honest professional service!!

Highly Recommend! Y’all should definitely get this done!! Had them come out a couple weeks ago and it definitely made a big difference in the house!! Professional, knowledgeable, courteous, clean and fast!! Highly recommend!!!!
