DeShawn called to let me know when he… DeShawn called to let me know when he was late and when he was coming. He told me everything he was doing. Showed me what was causing the vent light to come on on the dryer. The duct was not connected properly. He even did a temporary fix for me. Took pictures showing that the dryer vent was clean. He was a good man.

After giving ALL info on 2 houses After giving ALL info on 2 houses, I was given a price. Upon arrival $100 was added. Contacted Maxwell to let him know I was unhappy but he has not responded regarding the price jump. On the first house, the carpets were stained and there was no effort to check and clean. The 2nd house went fine. I would not recommend though due to the extra $100 and the stains left on a freshly shampooed carpet. The 3 stars is because the actual cleaning appears to be ok.
