This company has a No Cancel policy, is quick to take your money and then don't deliver the product. I've tried contacting them by email on three occasions, and by phone. They don't accept phone calls by the way for problems concerning your order! It's been 20 days, I still don't have an order confirmation number and I still don't have the product I ordered, however; Vacuums24x7.com has my money! BUYER BEWARE!

Satisfied from Iowa 11/22/10 I ordered a HEPA filter, a crevis tool, a stair cleaning tool and a pre-motor foam filter... although they never responded to my 2 emails asking them when I could expect delivery, I did receive a confirmation number and my complete order arrived in the mail within a week. No problems, and I'm sorry for those that did have issues. My order was okay.

I received notification of item shipped and a tracking number within two days, and delivery of my order three days later via standard shipping. Can’t beat that! I have never received the product I paid for. I ordered replacement bags and received a notice that the bags were shipped via USPS on 7/3/2015. I have called on 7/31, 8/5 and no one has returned my call. I emailed the company on 7/23, 7/29 and 8/5. Still no one has contacted me. Today is 8/10/2015. Over a month and no product and no response.
