Best & Easiest Vehicle Camera System Samsara has been seamless to implement into our transit system. It's easy to use and intuitive. The trial we had in 5 vehicles proved how well the system works. Technology changes so quickly and with Samsara, we always have the latest and greatest products as part of our contract.

Huge Thanks to Samsara I would have to say the best part of Samsara is the team that is there to help you set up the system to work for you and your company. April helped a ton, would call me weekly, email and just make sure I didn't need anything, and of course I always did because a new system like this can be overwhelming, but I would give you guys an A+ on making us not feel too overwhelmed and helping us step by step Other than that, just a few things to note. Our first week we caught 1 driver idling for 2 hours... huge money saver. We have since caught several others idling, using vehicle for personal use, trying to be deceptive, but us having proof now that Samsara is around. Geofence, oil change, idling, etc. all these notifications are helping manage our fleet from the comfort of our desk :)

All of my questions were answered… All of my questions were answered during the business review. I am already happy with the capabilities of the samsara dashboard and camera system. I'm glad that we will be able to integrate multiple cameras into the gateways now.

This might be a great product, but......I will never know First let me state that I believe by the looks of this product is great. But that is as far as I can go "I believe". These ELD's were recommended by a retired Texas State Trooper. I am a start up company with one truck as of now. I reached out to them and received a call. The young lady told me that I would have to use the self serve option on the web store because I would only be purchasing one. The web store did not answer my questions. I needed to speak to someone in sales that could answer my questions. Her response "Sir I don't make the rules". Well then, I will just move along to the next company that will provide some sort of human interaction. So much for the little guy. I will never recommend Samsara to anyone. I like the overall format of the app, I like the overall format of the app, There are a few Glitches, like the annoying violation pop up is really unnecessary, Also Maybe in the long term foreseeable future adding a AI version of the app. If you guys were to accomplish a Ai that could just get me short cuts to the back ups in traffic or even help me maneuver threw LOS ANGELS TRAFFIC during rush hour that would allow me cut arrival time even by a little bit to get more done in my day that would be a good dream!
