Excellent response rate! I have no less than 5 quotes within 2 hours for a leaking pipe.. I went with the first one, who called, as I needed an immediate solution. He was very professional, fixed the problem, and ended up remodeling two bathrooms for me at a later date. He just happened to mention, as an aside, that he also remodeled bathrooms. I had just started the process of obtaining quotes for the bathrooms. Worked out well. Horror story I called all 5 of the companies you sent. Two did not respond 3 did contact me. I choose one and every time he spoke to me the price was increased. I had to carry his bucket of supplies for him as he could not and walk up or down stairs. I finally got him out of our home around 8:30 that evening. I contacted one of the other people on your list. They did come out an complete the repairs. I had to pay twice for the same work.

Prompt, Precise and pricey The experience was great up until I was told how much it would cost to have my powder room vanity installed. I really have nothing to base this on except that $500.00 for 4 hours of work seems awfully high.
