Found a great plumber! 3 of the 4 recommended plumbers contacted me after I submitted my inquiry. One gave a detailed estimate by phone (no on-site inspection needed). The other 2 scheduled to come by & give a free on-site estimate later the same day. Only 1 of them actually showed up, and we contracted him for the job. He did it quickly, professionally, using high quality supplies, for the quoted price, and at the best rate of all quoted.

Plumber was great! No hesitation to use again I hired a plumber to remove an old hot water tank in a foreclosed residence and replace it with a new one. He was extremely professional and got the job done fast! After the work was completed, he removed the old tank and cleaned the surrounding area. Since I had mentioned that the property was a recently acquired foreclosure, he checked all the plumbing, pointing out evidence of previous plumbing issues, including advising that the water softener was inoperable. He offered to unhook it and gave valuable advise - all at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE!! This guy has since called back to ensure all was working well.

Prompt, Reasonable rate and Quality work! I had a clogged sink that I couldn't plunge out myself. We had just gotten a few inches of show and the roads had not been completely cleared of snow. It was late afternoon so I figured I probably wouldn't be able to get anyone to come until the next day without paying extra for an after hour fee. After submitting my request for four plumbers to call with a quote, I got the first call who quoted me an outrageous cost to come out that evening and another high cost to come out the next day. I told them no thank you. Then Proper Plumbing Services called and give me a very reasonable quote to come out within 30 minutes. I agreed to their service. They arrived within 30 minutes, cleared the drain, checked the rest of the lines for leaks. They were friendly courteous and professional and only charged me the rate they quoted over the phone. I will use them again and recommend them to others.
