Most professional people I've ever dealt with. Dan and Becky were the best people to work with. I really enjoyed working with them. Dan came and measured the areas of my house where I have carpet. He answered all questions I had about having new carpet put down. He told me to come to their store so him and his wife Becky could work with me on picking out the right carpet and color for my home. Their store is awesome!! So much to choose from. They both helped me pick the right carpet and color for me. I brought in my color swatches of the colors in my home. Becky picked the perfect color!! I love it!! They even let me bring several carpet samples home with me to make sure I liked it. Their crew that came and installed the carpet were very professional as well. They moved all my furniture without breaking a single piece. Then they put everything back exactly where it went. I will most definitely have Top Floors do all my flooring work in the future. I highly recommend using them for your flooring needs.

Excellent experience Dan and Becky were great to work with, as well as was their entire staff. They made me very comfortable and were patient with me while making a final decision on a carpet to be used as a stair runner. Once my decision was made, they were able to finish the job in a very short turn around time, in order to have it completed before a large holiday family gathering in my home. Also, the installers were professional and left no mess behind. From start to finish, I had a very positive experience. I look forward to working with Dan and Becky in the future and recommend them without hesitation.
