Great company to work with We recently had a water leak in our condo and needed to replace our wood flooring downstairs. Our contractor gave us Dan's name. He provided us with great insight into our options. We twice visited the store and he and his wife were very helpful. We selected tile and the installation looks great. This is a family run business, which I would prefer to support over the big box stores. You simply cannot beat their knowledge and fantastic customer service.

Excellent customer service! We've used Top Floors several times and we'll call them for our next job! We added hard woods on the main level, put a wood looking laminate in our basement and new carpet on our second floor. Pricing is right and very accommodating. The work is fantastic. Top Floors Carpet One - Nice work on the carpet and hardwood install We had a total of 6 rooms done; 4 carpeted and 2 hardwood. The carpet and hardwood installs were completed to satisfaction and look very nice. The workers were on time and respectful. The installs were done on separate days. Five for the carpet and two for the hardwoods. Out of the 7 only one (hardwood installer) didn't seem to speak fluent English. However, he was efficient at installing the flooring. The only issues I had is that one of the transition strips came unglued. The installers had used hot glue to secure it. In addition, they just need to do a better job at following up with and engaging the customer. I had to request a receipt for the work completed. I had also requested proof of liability insurance which was not provided prior to starting the project. Other than that I would use their services again and recommend the firm to others.
