I had the best customer service experience with Mike! I'm so happy I went with these guys to help me pick out and instally my new home entertainments system. The first thing that impressed me was the service. Not pushy at all, just nice and knowledgeable. I ended up buying a great system based on their recommendations. It was installed a few days later and everything went really smooth. Everything was set up quickly and efficiently , including hanging the TV and placing the speakers and sub-woofer perfectly. All around great service.

Great service! I had reservations about buying from a small company. I ordered a 65: Sony 4K HDTV and when it arrived, I noticed the thin frame had a slight bend and the screen was warped. I refused the shipment. William was very helpful and stood behind the sale. When the Sony was returned, he shipped a new TV and send me the tracking information. The new HDTV arrived and had a unbent frame and clear screen. William was 100% professional and took ownership of the problem followed up with a phone call call to make sure I was happy. I procrastinated for a while on my purchase of a new digital camera because as I was shopping around I was finding that the prices were quite high.
