GBI would have rated them 5 stars except … I would have rated them 5 stars except no one has ever checked back with us to see if everything turned out good. There would be a couple of minor finishing touches to touch up, but when the carpet layers finished, they left and that was the end of any communication.

GBFinished product looked great The end result looked wonderful and we are very happy. Initially the installers didn't put pad under our carpet in one closet but upon talking to carpet one they came that same day and fixed the misunderstanding. They were very kind and did a great job. We will use carpet one again.
