We love our floors and the great… We love our floors and the great service we got at Carpet One! 25 yrs ago they put carpet on the main floor and about five years ago put carpet in our basement. Last Saturday they completed a job installing wood laminate in all rooms on main floor with the exception of the bathroom. We love the new flooring! Scott, Ashley, and Jordan did a wonderful job!

Carpet Was not what they said it would … Carpet Was not what they said it would be. Also, They charged me for work they didn't do. When I went back to get my money back they charged me with carpet Pad I told them not to install. Now the seams in my carpet are plainly visible they just say that it is just the way it goes. I will never use them again and I will never recommend them to anyone.

Carpet One has been nothing but great … Carpet One has been nothing but great to our homebuilding company and to our clients. The service is great on the front end, (we love the service the interior designer provides!) and if there is ever a warranty issue, they are really responsive. The thing I appreciate the most is that the owners are just really good humans - you always know they are going to strive to do the right thing every time -!

By far, the best price! When we were replacing our window blinds, I got quotes from 3 different places. CarpetOne came in at the lowest price for the exact same product...almost half the price for Costco's quote. The entire process went smoothly; the ordered blinds arrived quickly and installation was CRAZY FAST!!! We now have a new favorite store!
