Professional and Caring… My experience with Carpet One in Spartanburg , SC was fantastic. Peton greeted us in the store, helped us with the flooring we wanted. Came out thta day and did the measurements, and I had an estimate within 24 hours. Matthew and his team showed up right on scheduled time to lay flooring, him and his team were great, non-stop work with a beautiful results. I will definitely be using Carpet One in Spartanburg, SC again.

We went to Carpet One in Kingston NY … We went to Carpet One in Kingston NY. Sales representatives were helpful. We took a picture of floor sample. The delivery of laminate flooring took about 10 business days. When we got it, laminate floor looked darker than picture, so we’re placing in basement office instead. I would suggest to take sample home. The sales representatives did offer some sort of exchange deal but we couldn’t find anything in same color shading match. I would recommend them.

New to the area and facing a new build project, we stopped at Carpet One because they were open on Saturday. What a lucky move that was! Ben Palter has become a friend and trusted ally. He had local connections that allowed us to find a hardwood craftsperson and other local gems.
