Not so happy I've used them before, did not show up on day they said. Tried again with another property, showed up late, quality of work this time was not good. Will be getting carpeting in another property soon, needless to say I will NOT be using them. Communication is not good, and the floor installed in the kitchen is definitely not professional. Carpet seems ok, bathroom floor is good. For the price, I feel I should be happy, really was not.

PERFECTION!!! We are loving our new kitchen floor. Thanks to Dave who did a "perfect" job in such a short amount of time. Also, thanks to Carla for showing us the "NEW" vinyl tile. We never would have chosen vinyl without her help & recommendation. We truly would recommend this company to everyone who is interested in new floors.

Friendly Staff! The staff at Warren's Carpet were very friendly and tried to be accomodating. I think our floor was installed by an independent contractor who was also very nice. When some problems arose with the installation, the contractor promised to return on two occasions and never did. After contacting Warren's, the work was finally finished by a Warren's employee. I felt that, when I had complaints, someone from Warren's (probably Warren) should have come to my house and look at the problems. We love the flooring we selected and feel the price was fair for the work done.

GREAT STORE, SELECTION & STAFF We visited the store because I spilled red nail polish on a oatmeal color berber carpet...needless to say....had to replace the carpet. We visited the store, was greeted by two associates, who showed us the remnant options based upon the size room. The staff are knowledgeable and no pressure, we went home, re-measured to make sure we had the size correct and returned to the store for the purchase. My husband has commented many times that he wishes we had that same carpet throughout the house because it's absolutely beautiful in color, nap and wear. GREAT STORE & SUPERIOR STAFF
