Worst company n service Never recommend this company to anyone. Pest issues have become worse since I switched from able pest control to insight solutions. They sent a confirmation text for appointment December 22 and no one showed up, upon calling again, they say ohhh you were booked for the 29th. Speaking to a manager takes 48 hours. Worst company. Don’t go with them.

Very satisfied to get the advise from Jonathan - Pest Solutions Technician. Hi, I just want to say thank you to Jonathan! I just talk to him asking for an advise for how to deal with grubs. And he was very willing to help - explained to me that my main purpose is to have as healthiest lawn as possible, not to cut the lawn too short , apply some fertilizer and some kind of "Grub b gon". He was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient! He assured us a second treatment would be provided in 2 weeks if necessary, which does seem to be the case, so I left a message to arrange for a time. I was told when I signed up I could… I was told when I signed up I could cancel anytime. After 2 quarterly treatments I decided the service was not worth the price. I was told there would be a cancelation charge. Although it seems you can cancel anytime, I feel ripped off by being charged to do so and now will not use them ever again nor will I recommend them to my friends. I would add everyone I dealt with was polite and professional but this company policy ruins all their hard work.

Stressful management! When i was started in this company at pest technician in edmonton i was thought they have easy process of work but it's not. You are working like a robot with a timer every job services. Management are keep on updating the procedures everytime. I think management are all new to this kind of nature of work they just deliver what knowledge they recieved from office to address to the technicians. So confusing everytime they keep on updating while technicians are running for their time everyday to finished all the task. Branch managers keep on adding jobs to your apps without informing if still can do or not. Lot's of technicians quits their job in their 2-3months of operation in alberta because of poor management and difficult work of nature. Not recommended this company for new technicians. And also not recommended this service to customers! Worst service! worst company! worst management people specially in lethbridge!
