Revo America is a great company to work… Revo America is a great company to work with. My old Revo SD video system Windows 7 finally died after I rebuilt it a couple times. I ordered the new Ultra system, 4T, 16 channel with starlight. The first unit had multiple problems. Revo sent a new one the next day! The video system display is amazing. Revo has never disappointed with their technical support.

Got camera working on my own Got camera working on my own. Called customer service to ask if could place camera on hold so wouldn’t record while in home ( inside usage) and customer service couldn’t answer so I figured that out on my own. Go to smart detection and swipe button off .

Revo system only works with IE The cameras are good and the DVR is good. Revo replace several faulty cameras I had., but I’ve always had trouble with them sending me the correct cords and connectors. This is the second Revo system I’ve had. I have issue with my Revo cloud not having any storage or the option to purchase storage. But the real problem I have with Revo is their system only works with Internet explorer. What’s going to happen to my security system when that dinosaur browser goes extinct?
