GBThe packaging and shipping of the DVR… The packaging and shipping of the DVR and Cameras was very good. The ability to talk to your technical team both pre-sales and after the unit arrived was superior. The promise for other browsers will be welcomed in the future. I understand more videos will becoming this will help new users install and setup the system and remote viewing platforms. Very very pleased would recommend Revo to all.

GBCameras keep going out Cameras keep going out. I have the wireless cameras. Contacted support they told me readjust antenna informed them that if I unplug them let them sit for a couple of minutes plug back in they work for a couple of days. Not convenient since they are 3 levels up on the house!!!!!

GBTech support was great to work with Tech support was great to work with, with my new wireless cameras. My new security system was easy to set up by myself. I like the features my new system has to offer. My new system replaces a 12 year old Revo system that worked very well but I was ready for an up to date system. Very satisfied with RevoAmerica. I would recommend Revo Products to anyone in the market for a security system.

GBRevo system only works with IE The cameras are good and the DVR is good. Revo replace several faulty cameras I had., but I’ve always had trouble with them sending me the correct cords and connectors. This is the second Revo system I’ve had. I have issue with my Revo cloud not having any storage or the option to purchase storage. But the real problem I have with Revo is their system only works with Internet explorer. What’s going to happen to my security system when that dinosaur browser goes extinct?

GBGot camera working on my own Got camera working on my own. Called customer service to ask if could place camera on hold so wouldn’t record while in home ( inside usage) and customer service couldn’t answer so I figured that out on my own. Go to smart detection and swipe button off .
