The packaging and shipping of the DVR… The packaging and shipping of the DVR and Cameras was very good. The ability to talk to your technical team both pre-sales and after the unit arrived was superior. The promise for other browsers will be welcomed in the future. I understand more videos will becoming this will help new users install and setup the system and remote viewing platforms. Very very pleased would recommend Revo to all.

Really happy with the quality of the… Really happy with the quality of the system. My only issue is not with that but I had used a credit card that had just been renewed/activated the day before (other one expired). The only purchase made on the new card, yet in 24hrs, it was hacked 4 times and the credit card company cancelled it and I had to wait another 7 days for another new one to arrive.

Cameras keep going out Cameras keep going out. I have the wireless cameras. Contacted support they told me readjust antenna informed them that if I unplug them let them sit for a couple of minutes plug back in they work for a couple of days. Not convenient since they are 3 levels up on the house!!!!!

Good Well, actually I did call Revo to see if the cameras I ordered (2-solar wireless ones) were compatible with my gateway system already in place. Customer service told me they were or stand alone if needed. Easily installed and work great.

System is cheap trash Cameras are trash. System was doa and support wasn’t much help. They ultimately quite talking with me. Cameras were cheap rebranded ones with loose REVO stickers over cheap Chinese manufacturer name. I’m seriously amazed this company is open for business. Sad.
