GBI like the idea that they give people… I like the idea that they give people jobs if they pass the background and drug test, the company pays every week and uniforms are free. The managers are ok, there is one Larry McClain who is very unprofessional. He will not relieve you if your relief does not show up. He left a post un manned one night, he talk down to people and he told me the pay was one thing and it was another, but i should have gotten it in writing, when i confronted the guy he got real mad. Very unprofessional.

GBWasted my time was told I was supposed… Wasted my time was told I was supposed to have a phone interview at 10am no one ever called and they bailed on me. Not Professional or business like definitely disappointed

GBAUS took my cell phone, do not trust their PR AUS is a bad company, this is the second or third time I work around them as contractor, they defame me. They took my cell phone from my truck today. They do not respect privacy laws and they have former employees in jail for causing brain injuries to a person. It is unsafe to work with around them, negligence should be AUS' middle name. They slander me with rumors of dementia. AUS has plenty of discrimination cases in different states. Please research this "insecurity" company before contracting, please trust a reference from people who have worked with them in the past. AUS took my electronic device illegally. Do not trust their PR machine.

GBAllied Barton in DC has the most… Allied Barton in DC has the most incompetent account managers and captains i have ever worked for. How do you constantly forget to pay people for the hours that they work. you can send them a reminder email and they will still forget to enter your correct working hours. It makes me wonder if they do this on purpose. then you have an account manager that disrespects the female employees because he cant sleep with them. It's no wonder they are losing contract after contract. Get some competent account managers and supervisors.

I've more than 17 Years of professional work experience in Big 4 Security Industries for instance G4s; Garda; Commissionaires. I worked with Allied Universal more than 2 Years, joined in 2019. worked in 3 sites with them, No issue in 2 sites but when they sent me in Amazon Markham Ontario. The supervisor & Account manager both gave me a hard time & extra ordinary work. 95% of the security, The supervisor hired by his own source/power with his own Indian community. rest of 5% from South Africa; Canada; Pakistan e.t.c. I stayed Outside the facility more than 1 Hour in a Very Cold weather and after performing more than 25 Tariler’s Inspection turned back again to the same location covering the whole perimeter to the Generator location just to Turn-On/open the Generator, the weather was very tough and Cold Outside, but I Turned-On all the 4 Big Generator, this New additional job was beyond our scope and agreement but still I did perform it with effectively and efficiently. Result of this I got a bleeding with my sliva, when I return back to the Facility Centre. I visited to AM Care YYZ-9, they checked my Blood Pressure and asked some health related issues/questions, then he made a report that due to heavy trailer your shoulder got hurt and blood coming out with my sliva. He added that I must make an appointment with the Doctor. He wrote the reason why I got these injuries and given it to me which I already have shown to my Supervisor Gurjeev Singh. all guards except for Supervisor Gurgeev Singh, was performing our duties Without Leaning or Sitting on any normal chair means Continuously 5 Hours on Standing post. Result comes out of my Back Pain. I’ve an appointment on this Monday with my Doctor to show my Back Pain & Bleeding, let see what will come out in the Ultrasound Report. According to the Labour Law, all of the employees has a “Right to Refuse the work, If it is Not Safe.” I faced Potential workplace Violence and harassment with my Supervisor Gurjeev Singh. He discriminate me and give favour/liberty to the security Guards he like examples are S/o Sahil Sharma, He provided him the laptop Every single day Since October I observed he (Sahil Sharma) used Visits Different web sites for his Personal Use also He Use Blue tooth To talking most of the time while doing the job, Do you think it is Ok in the work site?? I Also observed Supervisor Gurjeev Singh giving Liberty/favour to S/o Sahil Sharma in the work as he Don't even do the Alarm Monitoring more than 50 Minutes. actually S/o Sahil Sharma does the Graftti Very Quickly & returned back and sit down in the Chair Long Hours in the Security Frontv Desk and do Gossiping/talking with the Supervisor But me & other Security does 3-4 Hours Patrol/alarm Monitoring/Rover Position. This is purely called Discrimination. I'm also observing But Keep quiet Since October-2020, Supervisor Gurjeev Singh leave the site for an Hour or sometimes more around 18:30 and then comeback with sleepy eyes, means daily supervisor sleep One Hour in his vehicle. My supervisor Gurjeev Singh uses phone long hours @ the time of performing his duties mostly after 18:00 pm for personal calls. Watching movies; Songs; Music. I sent an E-mail C.C. to Mangement; HR Kiara Mediros Paul Bradly Subject: RE: Facing Racism/Discrimination & Potential workplace Violence and Harassment with my Supervisor Gurjeev Singh & Accounts manager Patel, Kshitij. But they Didn't listen my issues instead they favour all of those indian community who did Racism/Discrimination & Potential workplace Violence and Harassment with me.
