Stay away from these scammers I agree with the previous reviewer. Definitely not worth doing business with. They blame shipping on COVID but USPS tracking has been spot on. This company sucks with customer service. I believe this is a scam. They are based out of Toronto not USA As for the company’s response, the tracking number does not show up as ever being given to USPS. It’s an impossibility that the US post office would fail to scan a tracked item numerous times since the item would pass half a dozen locations before reaching me. Tracking shows it’s never left Mydogtags facility. COVID is not an end all be all excuse. Use you logic people and go elsewhere

Only down side is I had trouble working the site, it was definitely older and a bit hard to work and change choices (ex: shiny or matte metal for both tags). But they arrived on time and quickly to fix any typos I needed revised.

They claim to be an exact replica They claim to be an exact replica. I could tell without even picking it up it was a cheap knockoff. I lost my tags and wanted replacements. These feel like a keepsake novelty. Edit: now you’re flagging my review because you don’t think it is legit? Is this how you keep your 5 star rating? Flag things you don’t like?
