Stay away from these scammers I agree with the previous reviewer. Definitely not worth doing business with. They blame shipping on COVID but USPS tracking has been spot on. This company sucks with customer service. I believe this is a scam. They are based out of Toronto not USA As for the company’s response, the tracking number does not show up as ever being given to USPS. It’s an impossibility that the US post office would fail to scan a tracked item numerous times since the item would pass half a dozen locations before reaching me. Tracking shows it’s never left Mydogtags facility. COVID is not an end all be all excuse. Use you logic people and go elsewhere

laser engraved mini dog tag and British tag I had order a laser engraved mini dog tag and a British dog tag. I was only expecting one of each. I was surprised when I saw a set. Mydogtag team is super helpful in taken care of my order. The dog tags are awesome. Thank you again for all your help.
