GBHad a terrible experience Had a terrible experience. They planned my move with two 26-foot trucks - they underloaded the 1st truck and sent it out. They then way overloaded the 2nd truck and still ended up leaving items behind. The items that did make it on the 2nd truck were severly damaged. My king size bed was totally destroyed. They ran out of moving blankets and loaded items without protection. Very unprofessional. I have moved over 11 times. Bellhop rates as one of my worst. My stuff is badly damaged and I am having to pay a proper professional moving company to pick up the items that Bellhop left behind.

GBEfficient The movers were hard working and friendly. They did not waste time and were organized. They disassembled and reassembled furniture at each location which was an incredible bonus.

GBI booked the move 2 weeks in advance I booked the move 2 weeks in advance. The day of the move they only 3 of the 5 men showed up. Did 4 hrs of work and left. I call corporate and was 2 more men would be coming to finish the move. NO ONE showed up. I am stuck I have to be out of this house by 4/30 and now I have to move the rest of this stuff BY MYSELF!! DON'T USE THIS SORRY COMPANY.

GBThis was the most confusing and… This was the most confusing and frustrating moving experience. The moving subcontractor did a great job with the move itself, but the billing process through Bellhops is a nightmare. We were quoted $1100. Went over by 30 minutes. Paid $1600 and were double charged another almost $1500. Bellhops and the subcontractors have been zero help in trying to resolve the issue. We finally had to file a dispute with our card company after almost 2 weeks of back and forth. We will contract directly with a mover next time. After seeing the company reply I wanted to clarify a couple of things: 1. Our estimate was for 4 hours and actual time spent (including the movers stopping for a break) was 4.5 hours. 2. We have never received a refund after calling 3 times and have finally decided to dispute the second charge.
