Reliable, Trustworthy Removal Company We needed to find a removal company to move us at short notice, and Better Removals really delivered (pardon the pun). Slava and the crew were extremely polite, friendly and worked incredibly hard. They took a lot of care to protect all of the surfaces in both houses, and avoid any damage, and even helped repair a fitting that was accidentally knocked. Everything was moved safely, and all furniture put back together. We couldn't have asked for any more. Geraldine in the office was great in handling our enquiry and arranging the move. Would highly recommend this company.

Friendly and Professional The team of four worked so hard on one of the hottest days of the year, nothing was too much trouble, nothing was damaged or broken. We had many pot plants to move, these all arrived undamaged and everything else was put into the designated rooms making it easier for us to get straight in our new home. However the key for us was how friendly and helpful they were, a great bunch of lads who took pride in doing a good job - can't praise them higher, a very good experience.

Some excellent some just swiped off shelves and draws tipped into boxes so clothes were in with stationary. Still picking staples out of socks as a result. So no time saved. Kitchen and China all done nicely though. Boxes clearly marked bedroom/clothes were chucked into greenhouse underneath gardening bits

Despite raining for most of the day, they were all polite, friendly, hard working and just made my move and storage arrangements as easy as they possibly could. Nothing was too much trouble for them. A terrific team A terrific team. They stood out from the start through an in-person survey that was thorough and helpful, and an excellent leaflet (including moving tips), plus membership of BAR/AIM/MoveAssured. Our move was not a long distance but involved a significant volume of heavy contents (books no doubt being the curse of the removals firm), and a relatively tight delivery location. Better Removals provided a packing/moving service over two days via a lorry plus a large van. The office team coped with a very short period between exchange and completion. The team were efficient, skilled, and good-humoured throughout.
