Very good personal service Very good personal service, from the quote to communications with the office to the actual moving. The men who did the shifting were composed, efficient, friendly and courteous and just got on with the job. Ben, the driver, was excellent, getting the huge truck in and out of tight spots without mishaps.

Didn't show up for a quote I contacted Better Removals for a quote, very quick to respond and arrange the visit I was told that I could have a visit anytime during W/C 12th June. I requested Tuesday 13th June - Geraldine responded by saying Tuesday 14th June at 09:30 approx. Geraldine got the day wrong - 14th is Wednesday - she came back with a one liner "Sorry Wednesday 14th". So I waited for Mike to turn up this morning at the predetermined time and no show. I would not use this company to move me as they cannot get the day/date to marry up and when giving me the alternative date she didn't specify a time. I asked Geraldine to cancel the visit and she responded very quickly and stated Hi Steve, I am so sorry when I rearranged your appointment from Tuesday I didn’t put on the new entry about the set time for 9.30. Mike was making his way to you for 11.30 Do you still want him to come or shall I rearrange for another day. Absolutely first class service Absolutely first class service, from the first meeting with Kerry, to the arrangements with girls in the office - SUPERB !! Equally move out guys, storage of our goods and the move in guys. Every single member of bettermoves team were courteous, professional and extremely personable. Reliable, Trustworthy Removal Company We needed to find a removal company to move us at short notice, and Better Removals really delivered (pardon the pun). Slava and the crew were extremely polite, friendly and worked incredibly hard. They took a lot of care to protect all of the surfaces in both houses, and avoid any damage, and even helped repair a fitting that was accidentally knocked. Everything was moved safely, and all furniture put back together. We couldn't have asked for any more. Geraldine in the office was great in handling our enquiry and arranging the move. Would highly recommend this company.
