ZeroMax is such a great service… ZeroMax is such a great service provider and they go the extra mile. The communication (contact person was John) is prompt and efficient, and the guys arrived ahead of time to begin the move. They moved my belongings from my 2-bedroom Manhattan apartment and their price was reasonable too. Most importantly, there are no hidden fees cropping up during or after the move, as they offered a flat rate for whatever time it took to move the stuff listed. Many thanks ZeroMax, I will recommend your service to friends and family that will need moving services, and will use the service when the need arises again.

Movers broke lamps during the move and… Movers broke lamps during the move and tried to deny it even while my wife witnessed the incident and took pictures. The truck that was used for the move had a non-functioning lift which made the job very time-consuming for the movers with cigarette breaks every 15 minutes. Lastly, after all this, the driver demanded a 20% gratuity for the job. Really!!???

The Field Movers Are Top Notch Damir, Rezo, and David were the movers assigned to help me move. I moved to different households to another state on the same day! They took good care of my belongings. I felt like they would have done the same with their own property. When we arrived to the final destination, they helped reassemble my furntiure and they also gave me suggestions on how to situate the furniture in my new home. I appreciate them more than they really know. ZeroMax, you did well to hire them. They deserve a nice 2020 end of year bonus.

They arrived a little earlier than the… They arrived a little earlier than the expected time they were pleasant they used care when wrapping up my furniture the rate was good and the storage rate was the best price around so far they get an A+ we will see what happens when they return my property. For now i would use them again and recommend them as well

Smooth! Great experience. Way smoother than expected. The two movers were quick, communicative and to the point. I wasn't present at the destination but the movers delivered everything and set it all up as instructed as if I was there. Will definitely be in touch for my next NYC move.
