Helix T&S POD Unload Hired Helix T&S to help unload our POD after a long distance move. Jose and Marco did a great job helping us unload our POD into a two story row home in Bloomingdale. They worked quickly and efficiently to get the job done. Only thing keeping this from five stars was that they moved so quickly, sometimes they didn't always take the best care, hitting doors and corners. Jose seemed to be very experienced and knew what he was doing, Marco was good, but didn't always know how to handle angles with large pieces of furniture. That being said, we had two very large pieces that needed to go upstairs on a steep turn at the top of the stairwell, and eventually they were able to get it up. Overall would recommend!

Helix did an awesome job moving two truck loads of our furniture Helix did a great job in moving all our furniture and boxes from Pennsylvania to the suburbs of Boston. They packed the mirrors and paintings and loaded them on to the trucks with extra care. We had two of the 26 footers. Jason, Gabriel, Orlando and Gerson were the four who did all the moving. They did an awesome job and made it look like fun, pulling each others legs! 😊 All the items reached safely. Highly recommend these guys.

Highly Recommend Eric, Eduardo & Davis were great! The weather was awful raining they took time to protect items they were moving out of the house and into our new space. They were efficient given it was a long day starting at 10 and not finishing the move until 4:40pm which I 3 hour drive by home.

I fell down a flight of stairs, and they made it painless. This move happened in a panic. I initially scheduled the move to be a much smaller job; I would pack everything myself, then let the movers move everything for me. That didn't happen. I ended up falling down a flight of stairs (beware hard wood and socks), and suddenly needed to adjust. Apparently fractured tailbones make it difficult to take apart Ikea furniture. Helix easily allowed us pivot our plan so that it became a "full service move" instead. Davis and his crew were amazing, and I don't say that lightly. They well and truly went above and beyond for us, and made us comfortable. Considering our non-traditional living situation (polyamorous household with 5 adults) that says a lot. 10/10, 5/5, gold stars all around. Nothing broke, they did the job quickly and efficiently, and I definitely feel it was worth the money. Great guys, and we are VERY happy that we hired them.

We hired Erick and Eduardo to move us… A+ service! Going with Helix transfer and storage for our move was the best decision. We had the pleasure working with Erick and Eduardo to move us and what a wonderful experience! They were so fast, efficient, and professional. They handled our furniture with care and the whole move was over before I knew it. Should we ever move again, we will definitely be using them again!
