Outstanding Team and superb job The moving team Sunset supplied for us was excellent and very professional. Everything they did to help us was above and beyond our expectation. When we called around to a few other international movers I was asked if we had our paper work ready. Paperwork?? we did research and found that you need certain forms for the move to be approved. These forms were taken care of by Sunset which was such a relief. They supplied addition packing material and offered us their storage facility for a month after we confirmed our reservation with them. To quickly summarize my experience with Sunset I would they're great at making a complex situation seem like a very simple one.

Extremely delayed shipment - bad communication I moved to Ottawa from LA on August 4, it's September 20th and my stuff still isn't here. At the beginning, the agent gave me a very rosy picture, my stuff would arrive within a couple of weeks. Now that they charged me in full, It's been extremely frustrating to get even an estimate of when my stuff will arrive. I've been living in an empty house for weeks and I have no idea when I will receive my belongings. I understand the pandemic would cause problems, as it did for so many businesses, but I wish they were at least honest with me so that I could've planned accordingly. I hate to be writing this before my experience is complete, but I've been waiting and waiting to receive my things and it's been almost 7 weeks.

Amazing-I would recommend this company to everyone! These guys were great to work with! My main focus is real estate and more than often clientele is interested in purchasing property over seas. A few of my personal clients needed advice on the best ways to ship furniture and belongings over seas without paying a crazy amount. I spent time doing some research and found Sunset some time ago. They helped facilitate and expedite some major moves for my clientele. I have had nothing but smooth experiences thus far. Their strengths are in their customer service and helping people find ways to budget their moves. Great Company!

Artwork and Furniture Sunset Movers were very accommodating to all of my needs and questions. I had a large studio setup with artwork and furniture that I moved to London for Show and to work/live there while the exhibition was up. The moving team and the customer service guys had a great attitude. They arrived up on time and called ahead to confirm they were coming on time. No hiccups, lots of hard work by them, and great communication. Half way through the move I became way more relaxed knowing they had everything under control.

Shipped car & boxes. No issues… We Used Sunset to ship my car and a few boxes. I've been trying to sell my Station Wagon & downsize for months now. When my brother who lives in England said he'll take it and help out with Shipping expenses, I decided to look into it. Sunset made the process easy and much more affordable than I thought. I was assuming it was going to be near 5 figures but it wasn't half bad. The vehicle & 8 boxes of things he wanted arrived at a drop off point. My brother checked it out and said it was in great shape. He sent me a bunch of pictures of how everything arrived and it all looked great!
