Great service and experience Shota and his colleague were great! They were friendly, efficient and great communicators. They moved my stuff from Rhode Island to DC with no delays nor major damages. Highly recommended!

Everyone I spoke with was helpful and… Everyone I spoke with was helpful and kind. I only had one couch to move from Boston to Denver. They picked it up, held it until a move was scheduled and delivered within 6 weeks. Would use them for anything!!!

The best. I've used Poseidon moving for my last three moves and they have been fantastic each time. So professional and responsive. They work efficiently and always make sure my belongings are protected. Fabrice and his team were especially great this most recent move. We had a very stressful moving situation that they completely turned around for us. They are really great at their jobs. A-pluses all around.

These movers were awesome! I have moved a number of times over the years. Poseidon was by far and above any movers I have used. From the estimate with Nico, the packaging, delivery, and unpacking experience with Mohamed, Isaac, and the team, the whole experience was excellent. This was a big job too and from NJ or FL. They executed exactly how the described. I would HIGHLY recommend this company.

This company GHOSTED my parents the day… This company GHOSTED my parents the day of their move, Saturday of Memorial Day Weekend. We confirmed the move weeks in advance and on the day of the schedule move, we got a call that the truck was stuck in a weigh station and they would get back to us when they knew when to truck was on the way. ITS 4 DAYS LATER AND THEY NEVER CALLED. Specifically Isabella, the account manager and Jay the dispatcher never answered our calls ans just didn't care. ISABELLA SCAMMED US FROM THE JUMP OFF. She is a horrible employee, person, and liar. Left us hanging and unable to make any alternative plans because after leaving over 20 voicemails, no one ever called us back. The SOBs left my older parents high and dry on a holiday weekend on 5/30, when they needed to be out of their rental by 6/1. These people are scammers who cannot be trusted. Actually the worst company I was ever encountered in my life. Not only are they incompetent, but they are horrible, malicious people. SHAME ON YOU POSEIDON. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES. I'm filing a complaint with the department on transportation, as its now my full time mission to make sure these people are exposed for the criminals they are. The movers who ended up bailing us out were phenomenal. Call Tri state, one rate movers instead of these sh*theads.
