GBDamaged E Bikes everything was great until they started unloading my furniture. They did not protect my three E bikes. They tied them up on the side of the truck and they were severely damaged. They offered me $300 when the damage was in the the thousands. They did not take responsibility. Not only did I inform my representative that they were expensive but the guys loading the truck knew it and I even let them ride them in the driveway. Very disappointed. I did end up suing them and winning a judgement.

GBAVOID AT ALL COSTS AVOID AT ALL COSTS, or at least be prepared to pay for full insurance and buy new furniture when they wreck yours. If you can even reach them to file a claim... Initially thought we were having a good experience -- quick response and relatively low price to piggyback on a move from Boston to Seattle. They accommodated when we had to move to Los Angeles instead (for a $500 markup). Upon delivery, we discovered that just about everything not packed by us had been damaged. Multiple boxes/bins we had clearly labeled "FRAGILE" were damaged and/or crushed (items inside mostly survived due to our own liberal over-padding, luckily). My furniture (I'm a furnituremaker by trade) was WRECKED. Chair and table had been knocked around and the paint is dinged, chipped, and dirty, and to my dismay, my favorite cabinet (wrapped by Poseidon) was literally ripped apart, the doors broken, joinery popped loose, etc. I'm kicking myself for not being able to afford premium insurance, because there are thousands of dollars worth of damage that I expect they'll worm out of paying. The best part? I've been trying to reach them for 3 weeks both by email and phone, and it's impossible to reach their customer service manager, Oleg, to file a claim. They apparently have plenty of time to write themselves fake 5-star reviews, though -- note the number of celebrity names here (Looking at you Jamie Oliver and Chelsea Peretti) and the multiple 5-star Google reviews by Oleg.

GBGreat service and experience Shota and his colleague were great! They were friendly, efficient and great communicators. They moved my stuff from Rhode Island to DC with no delays nor major damages. Highly recommended!

GBGreat Experience Great Experience! The Moving Specialist, Jann, was extremely resourceful. I left my Sept 1 move from a 1 bedroom to the very last minute. It was tough to find movers but Jann was helpful and calm. On the day of the move, Tim & team were great! They moved quickly and with care for all items. I will 100% be using Poseidon Moving Company again!

They work efficiently and always make sure my belongings are protected. Fabrice and his team were especially great this most recent move. We had a very stressful moving situation that they completely turned around for us. They are really great at their jobs. A-pluses all around.
