Easy process to rent the unit Easy process to rent the unit, the person at counter (Phillip) was very helpful and knowledgeable he broke down all the fees and the process took less than ten minutes, moving day can be so stressful and life storage did not add to the stress of the day! The site we used in Florida was very… The site we used in Florida was very clean, the staff had excellent manners. The reason for leaving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the toilets were always closed. Bearing in mind there are approximately 500 units at this site, yet only 2 trolleys. Hence, with more than three people wanting to load/unload - its a problem.

I reached out to life storage and Jennifer was right away so helpful and knowledgeable! She’s very friendly and offers consistent assistance and honesty. I recommend her highly!!!!!

Virginia, the Store Manager extraordinaire!!! Virginia was very personable. She made me feel welcome, explained everything, even had me work the locking mechanism until I was familiar with how it worked. Initially, it kept getting stuck but she helped me figure out the problem. The facility itself is bright and clean which is a big reason for choosing Life Storage.
