GBVery organized crew and very polite staff Everything arrived undamaged and communication was good. I usually write bad reviews about movers but can't think of too much negative to say about them. They really proved to us that they were the right company for the job. International moving is much different than local. It requires much more planning, more money and much more organization. Since we never used this company before we had our doubts, but they proved themselves well. I personally can recommend them. Our move was to Wales.

BENothing but general feedback here! No time wasted and no hard close needed. They gave me all the info and were very upfront and straight about pricing and minimums for international shipment. There website was very useful as well. It listed all customs requirements so we had all the info in writing to revisit when covering all of our bases. I don't think they have much competition because I couldn't find any other company in San Fran that could give as much info or had as much customer feedback written online as My International. They took full responsibility for our move to Burlington, Ontario. Everything was accounted for and checked off a list as it was moved in. They showed a lot of great organisation especially at the end. The movers were nice enough to put every single box and furniture piece in the area labelled or the area I wanted it in.

GBHorrific removal from U.S.A. to U.K. International Van Lines and Eurogroup International Movers Ltd. It was a horrific experience from start to finish. My furniture & all my worldly goods were in a storage 20'x10'x 8'. I chose International Van Lines. Included in the quote was an upright piano which was to be taken up to the 1st floor of my home. Once they had my deposit I could not get hold of anyone at their premises. It was very stressful. I started getting information from different people. They passed me round from person to person. As soon as they picked up my furniture they started adding on more money to the tune of $660. They held my stuff to ransom until they got more money. Then, when it arrived at the U.K. port of London it was taken over by Eurogroup International Movers Ltd. They took me for another £704 before they would release the shipment to be delivered. They did not substantiate any of those charges. I had no proof whatsoever. When my furniture eventually arrived the crew refused to take the piano up to the 1st floor. It is still sitting in my downstairs front room today. I paid for it to be taken to the 1st floor. One of the crew said that if he had known that a piano was to be moved he would not have come to work that day. Charming! Do not be taken in by International Van Lines or Eurogroup International Movers Ltd. They will say anything to syphon more money out of you and not complete the job. The stress nearly killed me.

NPThey even made up for a minor mistake It was surprising how calm and organized everyone stayed during the move. I felt like there were so many details to our move. It was giving me a headache just thinking about it. Anyway the move to Toronto from Austin went pretty smooth. The only issue we ran into was the arrival time was set back a day from what they originally told us. They made up for it by helping us unpack and organize which was a no extra cost. They didn't unpack everything because we didn't yet know how we wanted it all arranged but they took care of all boxes for the kitchen and moved furniture around until we were happy with the set up. That for sure ended things on a good note.

GBWest Coast to Canada I moved out of Cali to Vancouver by Sea and My International took care of everything. Just like they promised me there wasn't an extra fee waiting for me at the end of the whole ordeal. Payment was one and done. I started off being confused where to begin with the whole move and later on was much more relaxed having them orchestrate it all.
