Impressed These guys did a great job moving us from Oakland to London. Whole staff was very professional, their communication really helped alleviate a lot of stress. They were on time and ready to go for the date we had set to move. They were able to move some very heavy antique furniture (that we were worried about) without a problem at all. Everything arrived just over a month later with zero damage. Super impressed that this all worked out the way it did!

Glad I found them Finding a good international moving company is a so much harder than finding a good local mover. Glad we finally I found Schmidt International after calling around and searching online. They got my families things shipped to Italy safely and carried out all details that were promised in the beginning. Paying upfront for a move was a new experience for us and a bit nerve wracking to be honest but I later realized that's the norm with shipping over seas. Schmidt helped with packing, customs forms, and all heavy lifting. Their moving affiliate team in Italy was just as good as the movers we used in the start.

Money Spent Wisely. Found this business off google search originally and reached out for pricing. This was obviously a much more involved process than a regular move. I gathered as much info as I could over the phone from them. No matter where you go it's still going to be in the thousands to get re-situated in the U.K. I was more concerned about the service and arrival time. Ended up saving a little more using their shared carrier option. The timing and communication was handled well. The information provided never changed. The pricing was taken care of prior to the delivery with no additional charges added later on.

THEY SAVED OUR SITUATION Because of another international moving group that was very inconsiderate, I had to reschedule my move. I was left without movers and needed everything in our two bed two bathroom home shipped to Ottawa ASAP to start my new job and life. Thank god I found this place. They got my move started 3 days after I called. No hidden fees, or any annoying moments. We were very hands and they were super hands all handling literally every detail of this move. Wasn't exactly what a full service move really was until I worked for them

Simply I confirm that this is a company… Simply I confirm that this is a company to avoid. A lot of hidden cost and a very poor service. They damaged a very expensive carpet and they simply offered to pay $0.60 per pound. Very unprofessional people!
