I've used them twice for moving I've used them twice for moving. The crew did an amazing job packing up the trailer. I gave specific instructions on how to load my items, and they followed them perfectly. My jaw dropped when I saw what a good job they had done. They are also very affordable. Would definitely use again 13/10.

These guys were excellent These guys were excellent! They were quick, efficient and safe moving our belongings into a third-floor apartment,and they were professional and kind. I booked about a week out and they even checked in with us the day before our arrival to follow up with us on an ETA to make sure they could meet us when we were ready (and sure enough they did!).

The movers were professional The movers were professional, courteous, friendly, and they were always on time. Everything was packed carefully and in a timely manner and it all arrived in the same condition as before the move. Great service. My items were safely loaded and delivered to my house and put exactly where I wanted.

I would not recommend using this Broker… I would not recommend using this Broker for your move. They seem shady or at least not fully transparent. At one week out they called to review items and demanded an additional payment of $4000 to the original deposit we made though our items had barely changed. Then the movers showed up with no record of it, and no one from Value Add was available to speak. we never got our $4000 credited but the moving company itself- Brooklyn Moving did their job and delivered all items 2 months later. Just be careful if using a broker that you understand the terms.
