Everyone at the front desk was so… Everyone at the front desk was so helpful, both in person (before the virus lock-down; I don't know what their in-person policy is now) and over the phone as well as via email. Sign-up for space rental was quick and efficient. I particularly appreciate the gate hours, which are more generous than those of all other storage facilities I've used. A great experience so far!

Rat Infested Rat Infested - The Beaumont location is rat infested and taking their time with resolving the issues. Once I initially reported the problems with the unit the staff stated that they will take care of the unit and possibly speak to the owner's unit next to mine. Month later we returned to check on the unit, the hole between my unit and the unit next to mines was not fixed and rat droppings were everywhere. Spoke to office workers and they did not even know the start of how I should file a claim.

Dishonest people who work there Dishonest people who work there. Lots of people live in there storage unit and will rob you blind. Management is high on some type of narcotics and will steal your debit information if you give too much of your own personal information. I am currently filing a lawsuit.

Look For storage elsewhere The only reason I gave this place 2 stars is because the manager, Dodie was AWESOME. She made everything easy and we communicated well, and she was empathetic to our situation of moving from out of state. HOWEVER, This storage facility is infested with mice and homeless people. Our belongings were covered with mice feces after only being stored for a short time. We stopped in frequently to move and store things and there was always homeless people lurking, hanging out or sleeping in the stair well areas, and a few times we could even hear them fighting. I did not feel safe coming and going especially late at night and when I was alone with my 2 small children. It borders a pretty rough area of town. and sits next to a huge open desert (Explaining the mice?) Anyway, I would not use this place again. Over half of our stuff had to be thrown out because of rodent damage.

The storage unit was apparently… The storage unit was apparently recently treated for bugs and rodents... The problem is, that in this particular unit is a large area of a sticky gooey (and probably poisonous) substance that we could not simply remove... We had to cover over it as best we could to safely store our belongings.
