Still better than Uhaul storage prices.... The facility is extremely clean and the staff is friendly. My problem is that I rented 2 storage units within days of each other and when we tried to sync the due dates for the payments, it didn't allow for the 1st 2 months's discount. Frustrating.

Clean safe and accessible. Crazy old lady. The units are clean and well maintained. Great hours. Always accessible and I’d have stayed with my original 5 star review if it wasn’t for the coldness of the staff. They weren’t the worst, Just cold. Specifically the older women who works mornings. If you like being judged and glared at for no reason by old women i recommend going in the morning. You won’t be disappointed. Very obnoxious and hovered uncomfortably anytime I was there bringing things in or out during my move to my new home. Literally would drive her little white car to my unit to criticize my parking while I was the only customer at the property. It’s not like I’m some creep. Or inconveniencing anyone, or messy or late with my payment ever, so it was just super uncomfortable. She alone is why I bought my own shed and built it in my own yard. So I guess I should thank her for pissing me off because it’s nice having my stuff here. But hey, maybe it was just me idk.

Great pricring with excellent customer service. Purely Storage has the best prices in town. I reserved on line during the rainy season. I called in prior to arrival and the gal advised me that she swapped me into a different unit as the one assigned had a leak. Fast rental process. Well informed of key rules. Cane in a few weeks later with a question and was informed of a recent tenet mailer which notified benifit attached to the insurance available to purachase through the office. Very friendly group.

I would recommend it to friends and relatives if it turns out my stuff still in good condition but the facility is clean and new painting hoping to paint it right so it looks presentable to new customers. Great price and area too.

I have rented from Purely Storage for a… I have rented from Purely Storage for a few years. My unit was broken into maybe January 2023. Purely Storage was bought by a different company. When it was time to do my Insurance claim Issues started coming about pertaining to my documents needed for my claim. If there are cameras everywhere and management in the office, and they are not watching the cameras, they should be watched daily even the next day from the previous day to ensure Customers Items are stored properly. It is a inside job done about someone stealing Customers Items, its sad that Customers Units are broken into and the Purely Storage knows about it and never does anything about it. Break-Ins has been an Issue with this Company, nothing has been done about it. This company needs to be shut done for ever. I will never rent there or refer anyone to use their services. Be aware of using them for storage purposes.
