On or about of March they had placed their own lock onto my storage and denied entry without [ANY] disclosure while placed a ransom charge of $541. All bills had been paid in full prior too and I had all receipts reflecting such which was issued by them that I had made [ALL] successful payments on time. Still to this date as of October 25 2022 my storage and my belongings are being held hostage. Not only being an elderly disabled woman, with little to no energy to be taken advantage of, they literally had physically assaulted me which I had no choice but to file a police report. They have gone too far. This company will even forged documentations before a judge even knowing that I have receipts with their letterhead, so make sure they sign each receipt they give you to prevent forgery if you do elect to put your belongings at risk. Rat Infested Rat Infested - The Beaumont location is rat infested and taking their time with resolving the issues. Once I initially reported the problems with the unit the staff stated that they will take care of the unit and possibly speak to the owner's unit next to mine. Month later we returned to check on the unit, the hole between my unit and the unit next to mines was not fixed and rat droppings were everywhere. Spoke to office workers and they did not even know the start of how I should file a claim.

No brakes for a teacher After moving my classroom into a storage unit here I found out this company will not prorate the month. I needed to put my classroom in storage due to changing schools in the upcoming school year. I needed a unit for two months and five days. I only needed five more days until I could move into my new classroom. I have to pay for an entire month. I will not be checking out of my until the month I’ve been required to pay for has expired.
