GBTerrible Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Jim Hung up on me twice for asking basic questions. Movers never showed up and I had to call multiple times to figure out if they were even coming on the day we were scheduled to move out of state. They could not care less about about the people who’s money they take. Absolutely would not recommend, got a refund and used a more reputable mover. Oh also edit a month later, we moved and all is well. But I find out these scammers not only didn’t refund me but they charged my card again. So I reported them to the BBB and disputed the charges. STAY AWAY

GBBUYER BEWARE buyer beware!! do not use this company. go to the federal transportation board website for invaluable tips on what to look for in a fraudulent company, and this company meets nearly all criteria. deep dive into customer reviews and you will see a pattern, this company uses a 'bait and switch' tactic by luring the customer in with a low rate and then doubling it when they arriving at your house on moving day, and you've already paid a deposit. all funds they ask for are via a payment method that is non-disputable or refundable such as money orders, zelle app, cash. take inventory of all your items, do not rely on their handwritten paperwork. all paperwork including estimates disappear online once you send in your payment. anything you are asked to fill out or sign, screenshot all documents before you submit or close, because you won't be able to access it again easily. they do this so you can't reference it when they price gouge you and deliver your items too late or perhaps not at all. they request a final payment prior to unload which is their legal right but what is not is they also require you to sign you've recieved your goods prior to unload, in order to unload. this is called "holding your items hostage" which is illegal. in my case my items were unloaded but a ton of things were missing and it has been over 30 days with no contact, no resolution. they have 100% of my money and I do bot have all my things, which is a violation of federal law.

GBRapid Van Lines - Damaged Items & Will not take responsibility Rapid Van Lines. At the originating point, they insisted on doing the packaging of my son's bed and motorcycle electronic riding toy. Those were the only things broken as none of anything I wrapped was broken. The part of the bed broken makes the whole bed unstable and unusable. Of course, they fell back on the low insurance (they had no recommendations for other insurers) despite their own gross negligence. They had lousy customer service when dealing with the claim. I am a single Mom and my son is sleeping in an unstable bed until I have the $ to buy a new one. The bed was less than one year old and cost over $600 and the motorcycle around $230. Had I packed the items, they would not be broken. Don't bother with this company despite the upfront smooth talking. I won't even go into the underestimate of cost and that they had only one person at the receiving end to unload me, who was not even given a ramp. Extremely disappointing.

GBDo NOT use this horrific company Do NOT use this horrific company. The salesman, Scott, is gonna sell you a cheap pack of lies. The movers are going to get you 80% packed and loaded then tell you it's going to be an additional 4k. If we were misquoted over the phone, they should have been able to look around the house and say it was going to be more before starting. We then moved from the West Coast to the East Coast, contacted them (6/25) with a move in date, WEEKS ahead of date (move in 8/1) and that's where you get to deal with the older lady in the office. I'm pretty sure she gets paid every time she says she will call you back because she will do everything she can to not give you any answers. She answers the phone in the most nasty "hello", not even identifying if you're calling a business or if you've accidentally called a resident. She will not give a straight forward answer, once you do get any info out of in her, it's all lies. We called on Thursday 8/19 to find out where our stuff was, she said it would be there Friday 8/20. We call the next day it's barely left California, we now live on the East Coast. Our stuff is now supposedly being delivered the following Tuesday. Late in the afternoon that Tuesday we have had zero contact. No call, no truck. So we call Jim, the delivery coordinator, he says now it's going to be Thursday 8/26. Thursday at 11am we can't get ahold of him to find out where our stuff is. Our stuff finally showed up Thursday afternoon with an unacceptable amount of furniture broken (7 pieces and 3 pieces missing). They said they're only paying us ¢0.60 a pound so basically we won't be able to replace anything and other than acknowledging our claim we still haven't had any progress getting paid (it's September 24th, claim was filed August 30th). I was 8 months pregnant sleeping on the floor because this company cannot get their act together. We have twin 4-year-olds who are also sleeping on the floor, with no furniture in our house. Everything was set up for delivery in the middle of June, it took until the end of August to get our stuff. Oh but you better believe they wanted ALL their money a week before our stuff was supposed to be delivered. But Jim waived the wire fee since we were being so cooperative! How nice of him. They keep trying to get my review removed since it was my husband that signed the contract, not me. Just more proof their social media sites are full of fake reviews.
