DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Absolutely the worst moving company. Estimated us a $5,000 move. A bit pricey, but we paid. When the moving company showed up at the new place (days and days later) he charged us ANOtHER $5,000 or refused to give us our stuff. The man acted like he didn’t speak English- acted like he didn’t know what was being said. Spoke perfect English to his partner however. They didn’t want to put the furniture back together which we paid for. Every single piece of furniture they transported was damaged. Sole large scratches, all the way up to a broken dresser. ABSOLUTELY do not use this company. after filing a claim to gwt some of our money back, we were told we would have to file a claim through ouf insurance and that we have to resolve this problem with the third party they hired. Everything about this company has been a complete headache.

If you like being treated badly and wish half your stuff could be broken, this is the broker for you!!!! Not only was the experience an absolute nightmare. About 50% of my items were delivered damaged. We were missing boxes and were delivered some other people's boxes. The company removes bad reviews by claiming the reviewers accidently reviewed the wrong company. Nope, it's you. Reading all these reviewed where they steal your deposit and they change the price ( we had no change in the amount of items or cubic feet) after your items have already been loaded. They basically hold your items hostage. Reading the responses to the complaints listed here just proves that this company refuses to acknowledge how poor their service is. It's much easier to blame the customer for having a bad experience, isn't it? I hope they get their butts sued off.

The absolute WORST service I have ever… The absolute WORST service I have ever experienced in my life. They will give you a price and then continue to increase it. They will promise 7-21 days and then tell you the 7-21 days doesn’t start until your first available date to receive your things. They had my belongings sitting in a parking lot for 4 weeks before the driver even started driving to me. Then told me it would be an extra $1k to transfer my belongings to another truck. None of the customer service staff will return your calls. I would NEVER recommend this company even to my worst enemy.

Yet another one star review for this… Yet another one star review for this company. My items are supposedly on the way. Same issues as others. Lied about the delivery date, estimate given initially was $3k lower than what the movers charged during moving. There is no way we added 600 cubic feet extra for the truck that day as we threw away multiple items before moving. We moved to another state, no items, no clothes with us, no nothing. I’m going to connect with one of the other reviewers below about the class action suite. This company are scammers. If they respond to this message know that this is a real customer and we moved from Wilkes-Barre PA on 9/23 to Woodland Hills CA. Company owner called to sort out billing issue on first day itself to handle a smooth payment from us but disappears when issues like this crop up. Employees promised to deliver within a certain date but manager later on tried to worm a way out of it by mentioning a clause of delivery window. They could have easily told us that 7-9 days was impossible ( but apparently it is possible if it’s expedited) but instead of mentioning that possibility they continued to promise the date we requested it to be delivered which was on the 9/29. Beware of Greg, manager called Samuel, Christina( or Christine) was also aware of the date we wanted the delivery. Possible scammer possible bait and switch. Whatever you do DON’T take your chances with this company.

Ryan on April 25 Ryan on April 25, 2022 gave me a reasonable moving quote from Jacksonville, FL to Illinois. All advanced payment made and confirmed with a moving date of May 11, 2022. On, May 6, 2022 Nick called to increase the amount to another $437.25 stating he didn't want me to pay more on the day of moving that could increase thousands of dollars more. He used scared unprofessional tactics that lead me to believe I should pay so to not pay thousands of dollars more once the movers arrived. Everything would have been fine if Nick hadn't called to bully me with an increase. Finally, only one man came to unload my property up to Illinois, had more than 10 boxes (marked fragile) bashed in, all my garment boxes flipped upside down and sideways in his truck, and three rubbermaid containters broken. I usually promote good and excellent reviews; but, after pondering the experience I had with USA Moving Solutions I can not. Ryan is the only nice thing to say about USA Moving Solutions.
