GBBait n Switch Bait n Switch….this is their game. Between being told that they are showing at 11am and still trying to change whilst resolving issues, being told that I am to blame for their mis-quote, and the flagrant disregard for any proper business etiquette, it is amazing that this company is still in business….Beware of this scam folk. They will quote cheaper and hold you over a barrel when the truck shows up because you’ve paid a deposit in good faith.

GBTHIS COMPANY IS UNTRUTHFUL 1. All the positive reviews are LIESSSS! 2. Notice a pattern as seen in the negative reviews - Give you an estimate, then call you 2 days before agreed date to significantly increase the agreed amount (by this time you are in a tight spot) - If you try to cancel, you lose a huge deposit. 3. I was lucky to have paid with my credit card so i kinda dodged a missile. 4. IF YOU ARE READING THIS.... PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. USING UHAUL OR PENSEKE IS WAY CHEAPER. GOOD LUCK!

GBIf I could give zero stars I would If I could give zero stars I would. They took my $500 deposit with a credit card immediately. When the drivers showed up (with no truck), the quote tripled and they wanted cash, Venmo, money order or Cash App. I refused and cancelled. They refuse to return my deposit.

GBThey are bait and switch They are bait and switch. I signed an agreement at 4000 to pack and move me. Then 72 hours before the move they said it would be 9000. I fired them and rented a u-haul and did the move for less than 2000. Now I want my 1140 deposit back. They told me to send a cancellation notice to their email. I did that a week ago and they have disappeared off the face of the earth. STAY AWAY FROM THEM

GBDays late and items short I had the move from hell and while most of the blame falls upon Venture Van Lines (the original broker), A&M didn't make things better. I travel for work so needed delivery when I knew I'd be home, which Venture promised. Delivery came on a Tuesday with me out of town, not present to verify everything had been delivered. They lost/damaged over $1,000 worth of items, including my grandmother's antique chair. It took nearly 2 months to process the claim and they are offering me $135 so I am contacting an attorney. I considered giving them 2 stars because Ahmed did communicate and was helpful when filing my claim, but their handling of the missing/damaged items is unacceptable.
