GBTotal and complete scam Total and complete scam. Bait and switch from the online seller. Salesman said they are the moving company, not a broker, but they are only a front end seller. I cancelled the move as they wanted to charge me an additional $700 for a mattress and box spring, although I confirmed everything with the rep.

GBIf I could give zero stars I would If I could give zero stars I would. They took my $500 deposit with a credit card immediately. When the drivers showed up (with no truck), the quote tripled and they wanted cash, Venmo, money order or Cash App. I refused and cancelled. They refuse to return my deposit.

GBTHIS COMPANY IS UNTRUTHFUL 1. All the positive reviews are LIESSSS! 2. Notice a pattern as seen in the negative reviews - Give you an estimate, then call you 2 days before agreed date to significantly increase the agreed amount (by this time you are in a tight spot) - If you try to cancel, you lose a huge deposit. 3. I was lucky to have paid with my credit card so i kinda dodged a missile. 4. IF YOU ARE READING THIS.... PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. USING UHAUL OR PENSEKE IS WAY CHEAPER. GOOD LUCK!

GBFearful delivery Crew that picked up was marvelous. Crew that delivered were stoned, did not assemble furniture as promised, and damaged my property and some furniture. Signed as received in good condition simply to get them out of my house, which had to be aired out for hours in northern New York in the dead of winter to get the stench of weed out. Because we signed the delivery paper, the company nor the insurance firm would pay any restitution for the damage done. The delivery crew could not figure out how to get the sofa in the door they were so out of it. They had no tools to reassemble anything and did not even have a cutter to remove the wrapping on the furniture. The experience was bad enough but the $300 plus we spent to repair the damages was insult on top of injury. To top it all, we were never given any of the documents (Bill of lading or inventory sheet) to support our claims. Was that an oversight or intent?
