Do not use this company: Scam artists Do not use this company. I paid a deposit of $425 via Zelle and later decided to cancel my contract 24 hours later, within the allotted 72hours, to receive a refund. This happened in October 2022.. they promised to mail a refund check within 30 business days. It’s February of 2022 and despite calling/emailing multiple times I have not yet received the deposit. Better yet a moving company called me around the moving date I initially scheduled and he sounded confused when I said I cancelled the contract 2 months prior. Disgusting business.. they rob people! I don’t know how they are still allowed to do business!

Do not use this company Do not use this company Lied to me and after assuring me they Be available if issues arise, they went radio silent Promised me they would not sub job out but did Promised delivery and we left florida only to find out it could be 30 days vs 5 to get my 94 yr old mothers possessions I paid additional $$ to subcontracted co to get delivery 5 days after contracted date I will say that R&M trucking was extremely good with customer service and the guys who did move and saved the day

Between Navistar and Fast Link (the moving company NAVISTAR hired), they took me for $14K and 5 months later I still don't have half of my valuable belongings. They dumped them in another state and refuse to deliver them to me. Both companies will not return my calls, texts or emails. SCAMS!

Hello everyone Hello everyone We just moved from Texas to Florida First it all started nicely with giving us the quote and then when the people came to pickup they quote us the different price intact from 4800 to 8750 which I paid because I dint had any choice but then when we got the delivery they tried to squeeze more money and plus we have to undo so many things which was already paid for and last but not least our TV screen is Brocken and we tried to get an insurance money they said we will pay only 40 dollars So the punch line is lousiest service with lot of middle man’s and worst service experience Please if anybody is moving please take my advice and use anybody but them Our booking reference was 2478008

Do NOT trust this company Never use this company to move your 83-year old mother. They will subcontract to a company that you will have no control or way to handle any issues that will come up. In my case, they subbed to a company with HUNDREDS of Better Business Bureau complaints for damaged goods and horrible treatment. The dispatcher, Alex became so angry when I simply asked clarifying questions that he began yelling obscenities at me and hung up on me without answering questions! When I followed up with Navistar customer service, they simply did not care nor was of ANY help whatsoever! Navistar sells a good story up front and Nicholas Demarco will sound believable to make the sale, but they will not live up to all of his promises. DO NOT TRUST this company with your move.
