Employee called me weirdo and crumb I have been speaking with one of your representatives and inquiring about you guys helping with our move. I have spoken with him already and today he sent me a text at a busy time. You can just read what was said. I was trying to read his text he sent this morning while unlocking my apartment and dealing with two kids and I accidentally sent hit a “haha” react because I have a iPhone. These accidents happen a lot but this is what your associate sent me immediately instead of approaching the matter in a better way. I’m sorry your associate was rude and immature and I would not like to do business with you all.

High pressure sales wanting me to put… High pressure sales wanting me to put another $1100+ deposit with them, I explained I already gave a deposit with another company and it is too late. He was yelling at me, because I did not want to save $400. I explained I was unable to cancel my unrefundable deposit with another company, he didn't care and insisted I can work that out, just give them a deposit to save $400. I hung up and he called back to yell at me even more. Don't trust anyone who wants cash up front. They all lie and quote low, but jack up the price once your in.

Total scam Total scam. Ethan was super helpful (or so I thought) Booked them for a long distance move, decided to cancel after reading all the terrible reviews. Got about 25 phone calls after, zero legit response from me email. Two days later they tried to cash my check for thousands of dollars. Do not trust this company.

Nothing but fraudulent scam artists that take your money, lie repeatedly and make you promises they never follow through on starting with ghosting clients for days on end and giving you the run having their client chase answers as to why no truck ever shows up or person ever calls you back. Lost money, lost time, almost lost my mind over a cross country move that never took place. Reviews on yelp and a lawsuit I found today after I told them I was done and thought to just google lawsuits on Navistar Van Lines that say they are in it for millions against them for fraudulence! BEWARE!!
