This company represents themselves as a direct to consumer organization and they are a third party vendor and you don't know that until you sign the contract. Do not use them! If they are veterans, they disgrace the hardworking and honest professionals that serve(d) our country with true sacrifice and dignity. SCAM ORGANIZATION

Excellent Experience all around !! At first I was really nervous about choosing a mover , out of all of the companies I spoke with and received quotes from this was by far the most honest and helpful company throughout my moving process. They were extremely detailed and prepared me on how to pack and what to do so things would go smoothly on the day of pick up. Freedom Express gave me the honest delivery window of 10-14 days and my items arrived on the 13th business day. If you’re looking for a honest and reputable company I would highly recommend Freedom Express.

They’re not movers They’re not movers, they’re just brokers. They’ll resort to every last manipulative lying used car salesman tactic to get you buy. They promote themselves like they're working out of some kind of real office but all they got for a listed address is a mail box at some corporate mail center. At one point they had google reviews of their business but they had to take those down they were getting so bad.
